A large number of visits to Medical Centres are to make appointments, get general advice or pick-up repeat prescriptions.  Many patients could achieve these outcomes through the NHS App or website, saving them time and freeing up resources for Reception and Medical Staff.  

Our partners have worked at multiple Medical Centres across different Localities to pilot ways to remove barriers to installation and use of the NHS App and gather evidence of support needs.
